C-Nav Self-Cancellation Instructions
Early termination of a C-Nav license is accomplished by using the receiver's self-cancel function.

Once cancelled, a unique Cancellation Verify Code is produced which must be entered in the webform at https://cnavportal.oceaneering.com/cNavPortal/RequestAuthCodeExternal.aspx.

Please refer to the following instructions:

NOTE: The receiver must be on and tracking satellites to self-cancel a license.

1. Access the Corrections Authorization menu.

2. Press the Cancel All button. A warning dialog will appear, read and acknowledge the warning to proceed.

3. Wait several seconds then press the Query button to refresh the page.

4. If cancelled successfully, the receiver's license information should be blank.

5. Copy or make note of the Cancel Verify Code.

6. Proceed to the Webform to enter the Cancel Verify Code
